5701c74f6d (utimens): Revert most of last change. 
Test HAVE_WORKING_UTIMES instead of HAVE_UTIMES.

9fd1e90a36 Test HAVE_UTIME, not HAVE_UTIMES. 
Prefer utime, since it works and utimes doesn't on some systems.
