d1e65bfb48 (sc_changelog): Specify find's `-maxdepth 2'

ca97db17ea (signatures): Remove definition. 
Now, automake's gnupload handles this.
(%.sig: %): Remove now-unused rule.
(rel-files): Use automake's $(DIST_ARCHIVES), rather than
`$(distdir).tar.bz2 $(distdir).tar.gz'.
(emit-upload-commands): Adjust to use gnupload.

f5ca703c2c (po-check): Use cvsu, so that a temporary source 
file in lib/ or src/ doesn't induce an unwarranted failure.
Add a kludge to filter out the sole generated source file that
also has translatable messages: false.c.
