Jim Meyering e8f703c000 build: avoid bootstrap failure when using patch-2.5.8 ...

* gl/modules/tempname.diff: Regenerate to correct bogus offsets
and adjust for 1-line offset.  Eric Blake reported that this
patch failed to apply when using patch-2.5.8.
Note that it applies fine using patch-2.6.1.
