Bo Borgerson 2f55920ffc Only cleanup test dirs from the process that created them. 
* tests/CuTmpdir.pm (import): Use closure around current PID to avoid cleanup races.

A note about Makefile.am.in.
It is used (usually only by the maintainer) to generate some of the
Makefile.am files in these subdirectories.
