(buildreq): Bump autopoint and gettext to 0.19.4.
* configure.ac (AM_GNU_GETTEXT_VERSION):
Bump to 0.19.4.
* gl/lib/tempname.c.diff, gl/lib/tempname.h.diff:
Merge recent gnulib changes.
