* gl/lib/savewd.c: Copy this file from gnulib, then change
"errno != EACCES" to (errno != EACCES && errno != ESTALE).
The symptom was this failure in tests/install/basic-1:
ginstall: cannot create directory `rel/a': Stale NFS file handle
