* NEWS, doc/coreutils.texi (Options for date): Mention this.
* src/date.c (RESOLUTION_OPTION): New constant.
(DEBUG_DATE_PARSING_OPTION): Rename from DEBUG_DATE_PARSING.
All uses changed.
(long_options, usage, main): Support --resolution.
