due to a known problem, merely warn about it.
Rewrite to avoid testing output of chgrp --verbose and chgrp -c.
Instead, use stat to test file system for desired results, directly.
* tests/chgrp/Makefile.am (TESTS_ENVIRONMENT): Set host_triplet.
