* src/csplit.c: (save_line_to_file): check fwrite failures, report
  and exit immediately instead of deferring to 'close_output'.
* tests/misc/csplit-io-err.sh: test fwrite failure using LD_PRELOAD.
* tests/local.mk: add new test.
