maint: simplify --enable-gcc-warnings='expensive'

* configure.ac (WERROR_CFLAGS): Omit mention of
-Wno-analyzer-double-free, -Wno-analyzer-null-dereference, and
-Wno-analyzer-use-after-free as manywarnings no longer uses them.
