* tests/rmdir/Makefile.am (TESTS): Add fail-perm.
* man/help2man: Fix it so using --info-page='coreutils PROG' works.
* man/Makefile.am (.x.1): Invoke our own (tweaked) copy of help2man.
Use --info-page='coreutils PROG' option.
