Rely on gnulib-generated stdlib.h, not exit.h.

* src/system.h: Don't include exit.h, now that it's subsumed
by the gnulib-generated stdlib.h.
* lib/xfts.c: Include <stdlib.h> rather than exit.h, now that stdlib.h
