f525fd81ca (isaac_seed): Guard clock_gettime with test of 
HAVE_CLOCK_GETTIME, not CLOCK_REALTIME.
(wipename): Rename local dirfd to dir_fd to avoid shadowing the
function declared in Linux's dirent.h.
