with like-named macro in fnmatch.c.
(EXT): Use an internal constant instead.

Merge fnmatch patches from glibc.
(FCT): Cast to int32_t and UCHAR when appropriate.
Adjust to renaming of collseq_table_lookup to __collseq_table_lookup.
