John P. Hartmann 3c05682a42 Add --add-missing to autogen.sh automake for AUTOMAKE 1.14.
This creates a totally useless scritp autoconf/compile, but as automake
1.14 insists on it being there we have no choice. Added autoconf/compile
to .gitignore.

No doubt a bug in AUTOMAKE. Totally brain dead. There are AUTOCONF macros
to handle the case of compilers that do not support the -o and -c flags.
