tests: remove directory, tests/uniq/

* configure.ac (AC_CONFIG_FILES): Remove tests/uniq/Makefile.
* tests/Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Remove uniq.
* tests/misc/uniq: Many new tests, from...
* tests/uniq/Test.pm: ...here.  Remove file.
